FAQ
-
Yes! Because you’re not just paying for sessions. You’re paying for a long-term solution. We specialize in treating the root cause so you can move, exercise, and feel like yourself again without ongoing pain or frustration. How much is a solution “What would it mean for you to finally have relief from this? And how much are you losing by not address this issue?”
-
Most people begin noticing improvements within 3–6 sessions, depending on the severity and how long the issue has been present. Pelvic floor therapy works to retrain the muscles, nerves, and tissues, while SoftWave accelerates healing and reduces inflammation.
Together, they help you progress more quickly than with traditional therapy alone.Your exact timeline depends on your symptoms, your history, and how your body responds, but our goal is always meaningful improvement as early as possible and lasting results- not temporary relief.
-
Most people see meaningful improvements with the combination of pelvic floor physical therapy and SoftWave, but every body is different. If your progress isn’t where we expect it to be, we will reassess your plan and work with you to identify the right next steps.
We believe in a team approach and if needed, we will help connect you with the right specialist, practitioner, or provider to the best of our ability to make sure you get the most effective care for your specific situation. You will never be left to figure it out alone.

You are welcome to use your insurance, but our services will fall under out-of-network physical therapy, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, you can absolutely use your insurance benefits depending on your plan.
Most of our patients have insurance and still choose to work with us because they value the level of care we provide.
Using your insurance (Out-of-Network / OON benefits)
If you’d like to use your insurance, we will provide you with a superbill after your visits. A superbill includes everything your insurance needs—diagnosis codes, treatment codes, and provider information—so you can submit it for reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits.
Many insurance plans reimburse 30–70% after your deductible is met, depending on your plan. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we can help guide you on the right questions to ask your insurance provider so you understand your coverage.
Please also check whether your plan requires pre-authorization for physical therapy.
Why we choose an out-of-network model?
We are committed to providing high-quality, one-on-one care without the rushed environment common in insurance-based clinics.
In-network clinics often have lower insurance reimbursement, which forces therapists to see multiple patients at once, use aides, shorten sessions, or limit treatment to just the “body part” your insurance approves.
At Dynamic Flow PT, we believe you deserve:
Full one-on-one attention
Longer, more comprehensive sessions
Whole-body treatment that addresses root causes, not just symptoms
Faster progress and more lasting results
This model allows us to give you the best outcomes without limitations set by insurance rules.
Payment Options
We accept the following:
Credit or debit cards
Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

In the state of California for physical therapy we have limited “direct access” which means we are able to treat individuals for up to 45 days or 12 visits which ever comes first without a doctor’s prescription. After that time we will need a prescription to continue treatments. If you do not have a prescription, not a problem. We will send your evaluation (first visit note) to your preferred physician for a signature. We want your treatment team to be as collaborative as possible, and also find this helps with communication.
