  • Softwave therapy shockwave being applied to clients knee

SoftWave Regenerative Therapy: Heal at the Cellular Level

We’re excited to offer SoftWave Therapy for pelvic health and orthopedics.

SoftWave is a Low intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LiESWT) which is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and improve tissue function. This gentle therapy shows promising results in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and sexual health concerns — all without surgery or downtime.

Whether you're managing chronic pelvic pain, tailbone pain, abdominal discomfort, or lingering muscle tension that hasn’t responded to traditional methods, SoftWave therapy may be a supportive tool in your healing journey.

Shockwave treatments are quick (10–15 minutes) and can be done during your PT session. Most people describe the sensation as a deep vibration or tapping — not painful, but powerful. You may feel relief after the first session, with cumulative results over time.

  • Redlight Therapy

Tap into the healing power of light. Red light therapy with our Vital Red Light unit helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, boost cellular energy, and support natural healing. Whether you're looking to recover faster, feel more energized, or rejuvenate your skin, red light offers a soothing, drug-free path to better health.

    Photobiomodulation Therapy (Vital Red Light)
Using specific wavelengths of red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) light, Vital Red Light therapy delivers energy directly to your cells. This stimulates mitochondrial activity, enhances tissue repair, reduces oxidative stress, and decreases inflammation — making it an effective therapy for chronic pain, recovery, and cellular regeneration.

  • Pessary Fittings

A pessary is a small, soft medical device inserted into the vagina to help support the pelvic organs. It’s often used as a non-surgical treatment option for conditions like pelvic organ prolapse or stress urinary incontinence.

Our trained providers offer custom pessary fittings in a private, supportive setting. We assess your anatomy, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine the best pessary type and size for your comfort and lifestyle.

This service is ideal for those who:

•Are experiencing vaginal pressure or bulging

•Wish to delay or avoid pelvic floor surgery

•Need support for bladder or uterine prolapse

    •Have urinary leakage with activity

We also provide education and ongoing support for care, cleaning, and follow-up, ensuring your pessary remains comfortable and effective.

“Hi! I have been meaning to check in and give an update but a few weeks ago I completed my running traverse of the Grand Canyon - both training and run were successful using the pessary. No pain or leakage! I continue to use it for all runs. Just wanted to let you know!”
