Dr Tiffany PT, DPT
Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Therapist
Tiffany is a Doctor of Physical Therapy focused on pelvic, orthopedic, and holistic well-being. Fun fact about me- I was born and raised in Greece. With an unbiased opinion that it’s the most beautiful place on earth. In college, I had always said I wanted to major in people. And I found that pursuing a career in PT was exactly that. It’s a profession that gives me an opportunity to help people not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually.
Throughout my PT journey, I became passionate about pelvic health while working in the orthopedic world. When I was finding that a lot of my patients had issues stemming from the pelvic floor. As I did more research I fell in love with the pelvic health approach. A personal, one-on-one, and intimate relationship geared to dealing with the uncomfortable and vulnerable for better quality of life for my patients.
Outside of the clinic, my favorite pass times are to travel, lift some heavy weights, hang out with friends and family, one-on-one coffee dates and watching sunsets with my husband.

Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her ongoing education in specialized areas including pelvic floor, abdomen, Pilates, orthopedic, and pregnancy/postpartum care. She loves treating the abdomen and feels it can be a huge link to pain from low back pain, mid back pain, GI issues, and pelvic pain.
Outside of the clinic, she is a proud mom of two girls, their 100+ pound lab mix, and two cats! She loves anything outdoors- surfing, hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, rock climbing, and staying active.
How I Became a Pelvic Health Therapist
After giving birth to my first child, I had horrible tailbone pain, the feeling like my insides were falling out, and other pelvic floor symptoms. Running, jumping, and sitting were all painful and I started noticing episodes of stress incontinence.
I couldn’t sit without terrible pain which made breastfeeding my baby difficult, my workouts were limited, and I couldn't go down a slide with my child due to the pressure at my tailbone. I felt lost and had no idea what was wrong with me.
At this time I decided I needed to get help and learn everything I could to get myself back to being active and feeling like myself again. This is when I started my journey of becoming a pelvic floor therapist, transitioning away from my love of sport and orthopedic physical therapy.
I started taking as many courses as I could to grow my knowledge. I found a pelvic physical therapist who could help me with manual techniques to help relax tight muscles, started focusing on my posture and correcting bad habits, and slowly added in more exercises to build towards my goal of getting back to impact exercises. I realized my pelvic floor symptoms started a decade earlier when I had a hard fall snowboarding, I just wasn’t aware that urinary urgency and frequency were not normal, and the nagging SI and hip pain was pelvic floor related. I thought I had a “small bladder”. These symptoms were made worse after childbirth but had been “brewing” for years.
Changing habits can be slow and take time but I am so happy to be back to 100% and had a significantly easier recovery after my second baby. I contribute this to my improved knowledge and good foundation that I worked hard to build.
