New moms come join us for a morning of connection and reset with Dr Laura Currens, DPT, Sasha LFMT and sound bath facilitator, and Melissa owner of Blue Creche nursery school. Nurtured Within is a gentle morning for new moms to slow down, sip coffee, learn about pelvic health, connect with other moms, and settle into a deeply restorative sound bath… so motherhood doesn’t just pass you by — you actually get to live it.
