Connect with your core and pelvic floor with hypopressives at this fun workshop at Sage Society Ventura! Hypopressives are a series of gentle, low-intensity breathing and posture exercises that help relax and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. Instead of traditional crunches or heavy workouts, hypopressives use specific breathing techniques and body positions to reduce pressure in the abdomen, improve posture, and support better pelvic health. They’re often used to help with issues like core weakness, bladder leaks, back pain, and prolapse while also improving breathing and overall body awareness. Don’t let these small movements foul you they get tiny muscles kicking in and you might be sore in a good way in new places!
