August 22- Sonic Sculpt Wellness Event Downtown Ventura
Join Dr Laura at Sonic Sculpt, an event hosted by Shannon and Kimmy from Wellness Wagon. She will be part of the wellness fair offering abdominal assessments/posture screens and demos of a new technology we have integrated called Stim Pod. Sonic Sculpt is an intentionally curated wellness experience to bring together movement, mindfulness, and community in one inspiring morning. Guests will enjoy an all-levels Pilates class followed by a restorative Sound Bath, creating space to recharge, reconnect, and support overall well-being.
The experience also includes access to a curated wellness marketplace featuring local wellness businesses, practitioners, artisans, and healthy food options available for purchase. Whether you’re looking to discover new wellness resources, connect with like-minded people, or simply take time for yourself, Sonic Sculpt offers an opportunity to slow down, feel supported, and leave feeling restored.
